Privacy Policy (Hustlery LLC)

1) Scope

This Policy explains how Hustlery LLC (“Hustlery,” “we,” “us,” “our”) handles information when you use the Hustlery mobile app (the “App”). It covers personal data you provide, data generated by your use of the App, and data processed through integrations you enable.

2) Roles

For business data you manage in the App (e.g., leads, contacts, messages, appointments), your organization is typically the data controller (GDPR) / business (CCPA), and Hustlery acts as a processor/service provider.
For our own operations (app diagnostics, fraud prevention, account administration, and our marketing to administrators), Hustlery is a controller.

3) Information we collect

Depending on what you use, we may collect:

Account & profile. Name, email, business name, role, authentication tokens.
Leads & communications. Lead/contact details, notes, tags, pipeline data, appointments, and message/call content and metadata you send/receive through the App.
Payments (if enabled). Transaction amounts, currency, items, partial card info (token/last 4), payment status, refunds/chargebacks. Full card data is processed by our payment processor and not stored by us.
Device & app data. Device identifiers, OS, app version, IP address, timestamps, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance metrics.
Files & media (optional). Attachments you upload (images, documents, audio, video)
Contacts (optional). If you import/sync device contacts.
Location (limited use). Only where necessary—for example, when required by the OS to scan/connect to nearby payment hardware or to enable location-aware features; otherwise we do not continuously track location.
Cookies/SDKs. Mobile SDKs and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and push notifications.

4) How we use information

Provide and secure the App (authenticate users, route messages/calls, render CRM data, prevent abuse).
Show and maintain conversations, leads, pipelines, calendars, and tasks.
Process payments you initiate (through our payment processor) and deliver receipts and invoices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and analyze performance; develop new features.
Comply with law, enforce Terms, and protect our, your, and others’ rights.
Communicate service notices and product updates to administrators.

5) Legal bases (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, our processing is based on: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., securing and improving the App), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required (e.g., for certain marketing or device permission access).

6) Sharing of information

Service providers/Processors (e.g., hosting, analytics, telephony/messaging, email delivery, customer support, payment processing and reader hardware).
Your organization/admins (visibility into teammates’ activity consistent with your workspace settings).
Legal/Compliance (to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect safety, rights, or property).
Business transfers (merger, financing, acquisition, or dissolution).

7) Payments & financial data

Card and wallet payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We receive limited tokens/identifiers, payment status, and reconciliation data. We do not store full card numbers or card verification codes and rely on the processor’s PCI-DSS–compliant systems.

8) International transfers

We may process/store data in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal data internationally, we use lawful mechanisms (e.g., SCCs or equivalent).

9) Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations (including tax and accounting), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Workspace admins control retention of business records in many cases. We also keep short-lived diagnostic logs (e.g., ~90 days) to operate the App.

10) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the data (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging). No system is 100% secure.

11) Your choices & rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

12) Children

The App is for business use and not for children under 13 (or the age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

13) Permissions we may request (platform-dependent)

Camera/Photos/Files (send media, scan receipts/docs).
Microphone (voice notes/calls).
Contacts (import device contacts).
Bluetooth/Location (pair and operate supported payment readers; some platforms require coarse location to use Bluetooth scanning).
Notifications (real-time messages, reminders).
Phone/Call (place/receive calls via device or integrated calling).

14) Do-Not-Track / marketing preferences

Mobile OS settings may let you control ad tracking at the device level. Within the App, you can manage certain notifications or marketing preferences where available.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update this Policy. If changes are material, we’ll notify you in-app or by email and update the “Last updated” date.
