1. Purpose

This 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy (“Policy”) is designed to provide customers with confidence in the Hustlery LLC platform (“Platform”), while ensuring that adequate effort is made to evaluate the service. This Policy outlines the terms under which Hustlery LLC will issue a refund for subscription services purchased directly from Hustlery LLC.

2. Eligibility Criteria

In order to qualify for a refund under this Policy, the Customer must meet all of the following requirements within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of initial subscription activation:

  • 2.1 Completion of the Onboarding Process:
    The Customer must complete the full onboarding sequence provided by Hustlery LLC, including but not limited to guided setup, account configuration, and any interactive onboarding modules.
  • 2.2 Attendance of a Success Call:
    The Customer must attend a scheduled Success Call with a Hustlery LLC Customer Success Representative. The call must be completed within the 30-day period and must include a review of business objectives and Platform implementation.
  • 2.3 Campaign Launch:
    The Customer must have successfully launched at least one marketing campaign using the Hustlery Platform. Campaign must be verifiable through the Platform’s internal analytics or support team review.

Failure to complete any of the above requirements will render the Customer ineligible for a refund under this Policy.

3. Request Procedure

To request a refund, the Customer must submit a written request to support@hustlery.co.za with the subject line “30-Day Guarantee Refund Request.” The request must include:

  • Full name and registered email address associated with the account;

  • Confirmation and approximate dates of onboarding completion, success call, and campaign launch;

  • A brief statement detailing why the Platform did not meet the Customer’s expectations or business needs.

All refund requests must be submitted within the thirty (30) day period beginning on the Customer’s initial subscription date.

4. Refund Scope and Limitations

  • Refunds apply only to subscription fees paid for the initial term (monthly or annual), and only for new Customers.

  • Any one-time setup or onboarding fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase within fourteen (14) business days of approval.

  • The Policy applies only once per Customer and/or business entity. Repeat claims for subsequent subscriptions are not permitted.

5. Exclusions

This Policy does not apply under the following circumstances:

  • Failure by the Customer to engage with the Platform as intended, including not completing onboarding, success call, or campaign launch;

  • Change of mind or general dissatisfaction without documented attempt to use the Platform in a meaningful way;

  • Downgrades, cancellations, or refund requests made after the 30-day eligibility period has expired;

  • Third-party purchases or indirect licenses not purchased directly from Hustlery LLC.

6. Discretion and Final Decision

All refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of Hustlery LLC. Hustlery LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on a good faith evaluation of the Customer’s account activity and adherence to this Policy.

7. Amendment Clause

Hustlery LLC reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
